Bethany A. Pike received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Arkansas where she graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Psychology and minor in Honors Interdisciplinary Studies.
In 2009, Bethany graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law.
While attending law school, Bethany served as Executive Editor of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review.
Bethany received the Ruth Brunson Award for outstanding service to the Law Review.
She authored the note, Criminal Law - No Right to Revoke and Avoid Search - Ninth Circuit Rules That Consent to Airport Screening Cannot be Revoked in an Administrative Search. U.S. v. Aukai, 497 F.3d 955 (9th Cir. 2007), 31 U. Ark. Little Rock L. Rev. 515 (2009).
Bethany was also nominated by the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law Publications Committee to the National Order of Scribes.
Bethany was admitted to the bar in 2009, and is licensed to practice in Arkansas state courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
